Brasher’s Stretch Walking Trousers have been designed with your flexibility and comfort in mind. Elastane has been blended into the material to make it slightly stretchy, whilst maintaining a regular fit. The fabric has also been treated with a DWR finish, ensuring that you’re protected from showers and splashes.
A part-elasticated waist and built-in belt help you find the perfect fit before you take on the trail or head for the hills.

Comfortable
Ridiculously undersized
These are sold as a 30 inch waist. Not even close. I wear a 30" or 31 for everything else, so was quite surprised to find I am suddenly a 34"! Silly, won't buy again.
Comfy & smart walking trousers but .....
Had bought a pair of the black version of these, which I found to be pretty much perfect for my needs - comfortable, perfect stretch for walking or even short cycle trips, reasonably smart and fitted just right. The gray pair are unsurprisingly pretty much the same although they did feel rather tight. On comparing directly the new grey version are 2cm (just over 3/4") less round the waist. They're just about OK for me but ...
A shame the sizing isn't reliable.
Comfortable and suitable
This is my third pair in 3 months. I wear them 80% of my time having extra pairs to keep them clean. Pockets deep suitable and secure. Fit and quality is excellent.
Surprising good
I usually buy more expensive dare I say trendy hiking gear. I bought these for just handing out. They are excellent quality with nice touches. I haven’t used the map pocket yet but brilliant - at last one that fits OS. I will definitely check out more Brasher.

Walking Trousers
These are the second pair of Brashers Trousers I have purchased and they are great for long walks and hikes in all weathers, very comfy and hard wearing. I would certainly recommend these trousers.
Must have trousers
This is through second pair u have bought they are smart looking and extremely comfy i now use them instead of jeans

Poor stitching
I purchased two pairs of these and at first was very happy. The problem started after wearing them a couple of times. The problem is that the material is very stretchy, the stitching on the seams however is not stretchy, resulting in the seams on both pairs coming apart after very light use. I returned them to my local store for an exchange. Unfortunately the replacements are just the same so returned them for a refund. Very disappointing as other than the poor quality seam stitching they are excellent.
