Good for Spring/Autumn
City/ country winter coat
Bought as shorter waterproof/windproof coat for travel ( planes/trains), city and countryside holiday. It does this very well as just above knee on me. Smart, lightweight, sensible pockets ( top opening) and neat hood. Lining is plum colour. Bought 16 to allow jumper underneath, sizing comes up small, which suits as am often swamped by a 16. Only small downside is inner cuff is quite large and elastic so cannot be adjusted,

Lovely Jacket. Great fit with room for layers underneath. Warm and waterproof. Lots of pockets, great for dog walks.

An attractive, good quality coat. Extremely good value in the sale. Worn only once so far but it felt comfortable and warm.

Very pleased with this purchase - it's just been tested in freezing conditions in Nidderdale - it is waterproof, gorse bush proof and very warm. Love it!
Smart and warm
I got this coat in the sale before Christmas. I am very impressed. It is warm, waterproof and windproof. It looks Smart too, not like a Parker. I did get a size bigger so I can wear a thick jumper under it. Washes well too.

Really smart jacket. Good fit and I like the studs at the back of jacket which allow you to tighten it a little making it a more snug fit. Excellent quality all round. Smooth, easy action zip and studs. Smart enough for a city break in cooler climes and also for hiking.
To small
Absolutely beautiful coat, but the size is way to small. I'm a size 12 , but have to order 16 .
Excellent coat
Extremely pleased with this Brasher coat. It fits nicely and is warm and waterproof- already tested in some very wet weather!

Just what I was looking for!
Although I have not worn it yet it will be perfect for dog walking in the winter.
The size was just right with room for an extra layer when cold. Good pockets and hood.
Hopefully it will be waterproof. I would recommend.

Lovely warm cosy coat,i have worn it twice now in the rain,so far so good has kept me warm and dry.
Excellent coat
Excellent winter coat as if feels very warm rather than a raincoat, very well made, good quality I have no doubt that it will be completely waterproof. Very happy with my purchase. I would say the sizing is slightly on the smaller side.
Fabulous waterproof coat
Purchased this last winter and I really can't fault it! It's been tested in fairly extreme Hebridean weather and it's never let me down. It's warm without being bulky, waterproof and a great length plus it has a great hood and plenty pockets. My only very minor grumble would be that I find the sleeves are just a bit shorter than I'd like but really, otherwise faultless
Classic and practical
I got the jacket in store today, it's exactly the jacket I have been looking for over the past few weeks. It has waterproofing, good material, special details on the hood and internal lining, a decent price, and nice cutting.
Lightweight and surprisingly cozy
I have a very outdoorsy toddler and was getting fed up of being wet and cold - can already tell this is going to be my staple this winter, also very flattering cut.

I was lucky enough...
I was lucky enough to buy this during an offer period, so delighted to get such a good quality coat for such a low price. Obviously I haven't worn it yet but trying it on it felt really cosy, a good length and fit. I have bought it for walking the dog so hoping to stay warm and dry in the cooler wetter months.

Lovely and warm and versatile
Stylish and practical
I had quite a few problems ordering this coat online (in 2nd lockdown) arrived on my third attempt- otherwise would have given 5 stars as the coat itself is great for wet and windy dog walks.
Love the tapered bits at the back as it gives the coat some shape and It has big pockets for all the essentials.
I know I’ll get years of wear out of it!

Didn't see this in a shop. If I had I might not have purchased as, for me, the pockets are not big enough for all the things - tissues, treats, poo bags, gloves, sunglasses - that I take on a dog walk! But it was the length I wanted, had a zip and poppers to fasten, I liked the colour and I hoped it was a reliable brand. Haven't had to test how waterproof it is, yet. Would have also have preferred it if the zip had been double, so you could open from top or bottom. That said, it looks quite stylish and is a good coat for this time of year and, I hope, Autumn too.
