Reviewed by Gabriel Dillon - 30th Dec, 2020 Great all round tent, amazing value. I've used this tent on wild camping trips for the last three years, and can vouch for it's quality and durability. I've never had any issues. One feature I love is the ability to raise the outser shell before the inner, this means you can pitch this tent in the rain without too much fuss. For £50 this tents an absolute steal and honestly I've looked at more upmarket tents, but can't justify buying a new one when this still works so well. The only reason I would ever replace this tent is to cut down on its 2.9kg weight. Amazing value.
Reviewed by Richard Hassett - 14th Dec, 2020 Very happy with this tent. I've used it 3 times now. The first time I packed it away with the inner attached to the fly for quicker future erection. On Dartmoor it was a very windy night, but I camped out of the wind. During the night the wind changed direction and the tent not only stood up to it well, but was quiet despite flapping a bit. I would recommend this as a great value tent.
Reviewed by Rob Parker - 21st Aug, 2020 Worth the money I have used this tent 10 times now for wild camping. It's more a one man tent with plenty room for your gear. Excellent porch area to store boots and cooking equipment. I love to insect net on the front and the door. I always leave it with the netting so I can see the views and get the air in. It goes up quick with two poles a few guy lines. Double wall and air vents. The colour is good to blend in, I did remove the neon lines and swap for camo paracord. But it's a good buy.
Reviewed by Glenys Smart - 21st Feb, 2020 Pole warning Firstly we love the tent. We have been wild camping in Dartmoor, Australia and New Zealand with 2 adults and a child (under 9 she fitted well but slight squeeze and damp at edges in rain consequently). We have put it up in dark easily and quickly too. My warning though is about the fibreglass poles - they splinter with age/use and my husband still has a large splinter in his finger from our last hike in May last year!
Reviewed by Nikki - 8th Sep, 2019 Great tent for the reduced price I bought this tent as it was cheap in the sale. Was green so right colour for wild stealth camping. I didn't expect too much. When it arrived I was surprised. Poles are cheap and the pegs are heavy (wish I could change poles) but have changed pegs to reduce weight. It has a porch which is a nice touch and appreciated for when shut in, rainy conditions. Inside it feels quite spacious but cosy. I put a low level camp bed inside. Hung a lightbulb light, put cheap foam mat side of the bed. Perfect little bedroom for travel. Windows in the porch are a nice touch. Nice feeling tent solo wild camping
Reviewed by Michal Dzieweczynski - 27th Jul, 2018 Fantastic I am writing this review while on the tent in new Zealand. It's a great little tent. Compact and easy to carry with enough room for two people and gear. Has a lot of really well thought out features and pockets. The see through porch panels are cool as they let in a lot of light. And best of all is the price, its an absolute bargain for quality kit. I've taken it on a couple of wild camps in the Lakes and it blends in really well.
Reviewed by John Rose - 14th Apr, 2018 Excellent tent for motorcycle camping Fantastic tent to throw on the back of the bike. Used it for a bit of wild camping up in Scotland, quick and easy to pitch. Good size in side (I am 6 foot) As others have said, no ground sheet in porch area, I bought a tarp for £2.99 on ebay, did the job fine. Not very heavy, sits nicely behind me on the seat. Can't find anything bad to say about it.
Reviewed by Katy B - 17th Aug, 2017 Excellent tent Great backpacking tent. Easy to put up in under 10 minutes. Adequate room for 2 adults. Two large rucksacks fit in porch (no groundsheet in porch). Handy lantern hook inside. Two mesh pockets on each side inside for your essentials. Inner door has two mesh layers so you can unzip inner one and keep tent really well ventilated at night while keeping insects out. Also decent size vent on back and two smaller ones on sides of porch. Porch door flaps can be fastened back out of the way with toggles. Haven't tested it in heavy rain but it withstood light shower during night.
Reviewed by Mark Adkins - 27th Apr, 2016 Excellent Purchase Excellent purchase, easy to carry and to erect and plenty of room once inside. It is a low tent so you will require a low camp bed, however there is no ground sheet in the porch.
