Only the second set...
Only the second set of walking poles I've ever owned but these are by far and away the best. Withstood the rigours of the National Three Peaks and very comfortable grip. Even had a handy wrist strap and L & R on each pole for when you are too tired to figure out the grip! Height is clearly marked and the information leaflet recommends the correct height to set them based on your height, walking up, down or on the flat.
