I love this tent

This tent is a brilliant size for up to 8 people. The middle section of the tent has excellent head height (I'm 5'11") with lots of pockets for storage. The pods come in 2 large size areas which are seperated by a "wall" which can be removed. The separators hook at the top and bottom of each pod and are quite weak. My children ripped one the first time I used the tent so I would recommend removing them unless needed.
Easy to inflate and deflate. I could do it on my own! The first time I did it from start to finish the tent was up within 35 mins.
Overall this is an excellent tent.

Have only put it...

Have only put it up in the garden so far but seems like a very sturdy tent with good proportions and lots of pockets. Instructions could have been better but now we know what we are doing, think it will be really easy to erect next time.

Fabulous

Best tent we've ever owned, and there's been a few from the triangle of canvas with ties that re home every spider within 100m to cheap nylon ones with poles that don't fit. We even gave up our caravan to camp instead. From arrival to drinking tea (wine) takes half an hour including making up the full size double bed, erecting the cupboards and cooking stations etc. Perfect. We mount a small solar panel on the roof which charges up our interior lights as we don't use electric when camping. Pain getting it back in the bag it's a sort of roll it and sit on it game but hey ho it's worth it.

Best Tent EVER!

Bought this 2 years ago and it is an absolute palace. So many good features but these are my favourite:
- Can put it up in less than 5 mins on your own
- No movement or noise in high winds
- Bought the air porch which makes an amazing kitchen/storage area
- The centre area is amazing for bad weather days where you can easily fit 8 people around a table and have a great night with loads of room

One negative rest awesome

I love this tent and is so easy to put up on my own and once up is really sturdy and spacious. My one negative is the material that the bedrooms are made from (facing outwards) is very thing so get light shining through in the mornings (does mean very cool in hot weather though). This issue is sort of added to by the fluorescent yellow strip around the tent which is good for spotting the tent but means the light streams though and into the bedrooms. My two slept in till well after 9 though so can;t have been too bad.

The first tent had a broken valve and was informed they don’t sell the valve. Instead theexchamged the sent. No problem but would have thought there were spare valves somewhere.

Great tent and very easy to put up (I did it on my own without problems). Taking down and packing it back into the bag is also straight forward - there's a technique to this and it's worth watching the Blacks YouTube video on how to do it. Spacious and nice-looking (when in it's bag it does take up quite a lot of room - if you have a small car there won't be much room left in the boot). Very happy.

Easy to put up (hint, press the valve in once before blowing up to avoid escaping air and confusion!)Huge and roomy for my family of 5, can walk around and use living space meaningfully. 3 kids in one end and us in the other ...perfect!

Had a practice run pitching the tent, piece of cake Looking forward to this weekend going away with family and friends, can't wait.

Only put it up to make sure everything was ok with the tent, so easy to put up only took 15 minutes to put up and 20 to put back in the bag, it is absolutely massive can't wait to go camping in a few weeks time, air tents are definitely the way to go, highly recommended.

Our main gripe though was with delivery. We ordered it next day the weekend before we were due to go away along with an electric hookup which duly arrived on the Monday. The Hermes courier said the tent was too heavy and he couldn't get it in the van so it would have to come the following day via the outsize delivery. It didn't and we heard no more from Hermes. Blacks customer service were helpful although I couldn't get through on the phone (cut off) and they take 24 hours to answer emails. Tent eventually arrived the day before we were due to leave with no warning from Hermes - just by luck I was in really. Overall not a stress free shopping experience and I'd think twice about buying again. Hermes in my experience are not easy to deal with - they have no customer number to call if you even want to pick it up yourself from their depot.Turns out the problem was caused (according to the Hermes outsize delivery guy) by Blacks putting the weight of the tent on the box as 2.5kg instead of 25kg so it went to the wrong depot in the first place!
