The Country Trekker is ideal across all types of terrain, with an anti-shock system that can be turned on or off according to the type of ground, with a tungsten and rubber tip for extra traction. It increases stability and alleviates pressure on the spine and lower body. A telescopic, quick-lock mechanism allows you to tailor the pole to your ideal reach for the best possible ergonomic use.

I cannot see how to lock it when extending it

Hi Robert. This walking pole has a twist locking system. Meaning it is quick and easy to setup to the height you need. Many Thanks.
