Reviewed by Neil Lambert - 13th Sep, 2021 I might review if... I might review if Blacks had sent right product. Wouldn't dispatch right product to correct mistake. I then had to push to get delivery refund so I could reorder without paying for postage twice only to find out of stock. Had to then fight to get them to collect wrong product which I initially had to pay for then Blacks would refund. They are now "haggling" over paying for return postage as Hermes didn't provide payment receipt despite Blacks customer service knowing what the cost would be. Great service!!
