Brasher Men’s Country Walker Walking Boots

Comfy boots for summer low level walking, but don't expect to get more than 2 years worth of the boots being water proof, even with regular cleaning and reproofing with official products. Nice and comfy as fashion wear when dry feet are not as essential.
Disappointed that boots have short life span compared to my 3-season hiking boots of similar price.

Wow, they fit like no other boot that I’ve ever had and I have had plenty in my time. If your looking to buy a good quality boot you have just found it .

I've worn Berghaus walking boots for many hundreds of miles but since they changed their sole pattern they only last a few hundred miles, so a change was needed. These Brashers have a sticky but deep Vibram sole which should last a lot longer. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on. My only criticism would be that the tongue is a bit too thick which allows too much flexibility when walking so I have to tie the laces tighter than I would usually. But this is a minor point. Overall they are better than the equivalent Berghaus and far better than North Face boots I have had.

Bought a pair of these less than a year ago feet get wet every time you wear then in rainy weather. I’ve treated them with all the top quality products and still get wet feet every time. Happened after about three months total waste of money.

A comfortable pair of walking boots.

I purchased these boots at my usual size and although I could get them on my feet, they were/ are a very tight fit. Stupidly I kept them thinking that they would ‘break in’ however they didn’t/haven’t and I had to resort to buying a shoe stretcher to stretch the shoes before every use.
If your feet are a slim fit then you may be ok with thin socks, however if you are a normal or wide fit then I would recommend getting at least one size larger, or, don’t buy online. Ideally you need to try these on before purchasing. Otherwise the build of the boot is good and should last a while.

Only had a week. Worn twice. Only thing I've noticed is they sweat your feet.

They looked like they may be a reasonable boot but having ordered my usual size 8 I could only just get my feet in with regular socks. I couldn't get my feet in at all with my walking socks on.

These are cut very small, I had to return them.

In days gone by I had struggled to get hiking boots to fit me with anything resembling comfort. Most often I was subjected to some kind of primitive torture for being born with slab like feet, nearly as wide as they are long. But those days are behind me with a +1 size (compared to my usual) in these Brasher Country Walkers.

Great fit from the first time I slid my platypus billed feet into them. No blisters, no pain and no wishing that Beelzeboss would take me to his lair after 200 paces. Would recommend. My partner also has a pair (yes we matchy match boots) and loves them.

They are a bit heavier than I’m use to

I’ve had these boots before and after wearing them out through miles of walking in them I wasn’t able to replace them with the same boots so I ended up buying a different make of walking boot. After the inferior manufactures boots fell apart after only having six months use out of them I was glad to be able to replace them with these far superior Brasher boots once again. I’m now hoping I will get another long time walking in these new boots.

I’m really disappointed with my pair of brashers. My husband brought a pair 10 years ago and they lasted him for years but I’ve only worn these for one season and I’ve had to replace the laces and the silver bits attached to the leather are falling off.

Ive tried on many boots and returned a few.these are comfortable, waterproof and sturdy.hope they will last
