Peter Storm Men's Caldbeck Waterproof Walking Boots

Such a good comfortable boot and at a great discounted price - so good I bought two pairs. I have a wide foot and this boot fits me well.

I bought these boots as an experiment to see if a sub £100 pair of boots would be worth having, I go out walking four or five times a week and wear out a lot of boots. I must say a year on from my purchase I'm delighted with these boots, they're a broad fitting (which suits me fine) and they are very, very comfortable. They grip well on wet rocks and for the money take some beating. I'd advise keeping on top of waterproofing the uppers but then again that goes for all walking boots. I'm about to buy my second pair and I can't give a higher recommendation that that.

Great for Rucking.. good on mud gravel and loose stone uphill or downhill.

Boots seemed okay for casual and occasional hikes.They didn't feel or look made to handle any long term serious walking or wear and tear.

Extremely comfortable, exactly what I was looking for.

The boots feel robust and well made. I like the brushed leather finish and the lacing system is very effective. However they aren't as comfortable as other walking boots I've had previously. The heels rub and they look and feel like a narrow fitting. Cant argue with their build quality but I wouldn't buy these particular boots again.
