Ordered delivery from store...
Ordered delivery from store and never received the item which was due for a birthday present before Christmas. 2 phone calls with blacks and still waiting on someone to contact me back regarding a refund. Quick to take your money but avoid you at all costs when you want a refund! Blacks have the worst customer service team.

This coat is really...
This coat is really warm and dry but light to carry. Good for school run and walks in the highlands alike. The kids LOVE the soft hood lining. Bought in sale - definitely good value for money at sale price. We deliberately bought it several sizes too big (age 8-9 for tall 5 yr old) to grow into (child too often refuses to wear a coat) but even when worn too large it is comfortable enough that she likes to put it on ...

Excellent warm coat for the kids which is waterproof, ideal for winter walks to school. Hard wearing and stand up from the abuse of kids throwing it around and running about!
