I walk around 6 miles a day and have just worn my last pair of Brashers out after just over 4 years. They have kept my feet dry and in good shape so I’ve just bought another pair, hope they are as good as last pair.
They don't do half sizes. I am UK 8.5 and thought size 9 would work out great but front of my foot is "dancing" and I don't feel my step well.
They're comfortable and well thought out, except the sole is too hard. When I step on a rock that isn't flat, it's like my foot is on a rocker - no stability!
Leather feels high quality and well put together but it appears to be cracking at the creases. Yes, I have been applying wax correctly.
They are a good price and comfortable, especially if they are exactly your size.
Guess I have to spend a lot more for a shoe that has those problems solved!
Wet feet just walking in wet grass, returned, replaced, still wet feet in wet grass, gave up and threw them away.
Top pair off boots great fit true to size, waterproof and heavy duty
Sturdy hard wearing boot 100% waterproof. Quite heavy and quite harsh on the feet. Great for winter but I'll be back to my MOABS as soon as the weather improves.
Purchased in a sale so were a good price, so far very comfortable and look to be good quality.
Great walking boot, comfortable from the off and very tough and waterproof
Good style. Robust and good to walk in
Very good
My husband loves these boots he said they are very comfortable
I have not worn the boots yeat but they look good and seem to fit well
Wouldn’t have any other walking boot! Brashers are so comfortable!
Good fit and comfortable
The boots look great and appear comfortable when worn about the house. However, they have not been worn in anger yet. I'm hoping that the leather is better quality than my current pair of Country Walker boots which have been disappointing. The leather is disintegrating after only 1200 miles, I usually get twice this mileage from a pair of Brasher's.
Apart from first order being "lost" in transit, with no explanation from Hermes, no complaints.
comfortable and easy to walk in
Very happy with boot so far but I wish they would stop sending me adverts to by boots!
Boots leaking water just walking through grass feet soaking wet this is my first pair and last I even dubbed the boots
Very disappointed in these boots. Boot looks great and first impressions was yep am converted from my usual light weight hiking boot. However, when first worn they rubbed badly where the boots tongue had a hard edge, however I persevered and eventually wore them in and thought wow what a great boot. That was the end of last year. However, wore them to walk the German Shepherd last week and they now leak, not a little literally to the point that the sock was wringing wet and. Just glad I used a discount code when o brought them June, 2020. Back to my trusted Saloman GSX.
I couldn't find my receipt, but mine were 3-4 years old when one of the rivets holding the cleats for the laces failed recently. The whole sole unit is also pulling away. I never particularly liked the leather as it is hard to get wax into it through the "seal" applied at the factory. The way I walk is quite hard on boots, so I was not surprised at heavy creasing across the uppers in front of the laces, which could account for leakage, but the boots are not particularly waterproof even with the Goretex-style lining.
