My 4th pair!
Broke quickly and waterproofing only lasted a short time
These shoes are very comfortable, and initially seemed great. However after a couple of months they started splitting in several places and very quickly lost the waterproofing. I've continued to wear them on dry days but they are definitely not worth the price tag.

3rd pair of these and still love them, comfortable, waterproof and a great every day walking shoe
Definitely not waterproof
I’m on my third pair of these as they are in warranty and I keep exchanging them but they literally only last 3-4 mths before letting water in around the toes. Very very disappointing for the money, especially as they look great and are a super good fit :-(

Good light weight everyday...
Good light weight everyday walking shoes. I have wide feet & these fit me well. Only niggle is the laces are short & come undone easily.

Really comfortable and completely fit for purpose . Would highly recommend!
Falling apart
I brought these at the beginning of November and they already have holes in the Gortex on the top of both shoes. 3-4months is not good enough and feel I should get a refund.
Comfort but not waterproof
Had a summer of dry walking and very comfortable. Now been out a few times walking over wet grass and have soaking wet toes. Sold as waterproof so not happy
Fell Apart!
Lasted about 8 months, a small hole appeared on the side of each shoe, then the sole came apart on 1 shoe. Not acceptable after such a short time. Before they fell apart they were very good comfy and waterproof
Comfy but not waterproof!
Lovely comfy shoes however when I walk in wet grass my feet get wet! This has happened on both of the two occasions I have worn these in wet conditions. What a disappointment as they were sold as waterproof with the goretex label.

I ordered a size 8, which were too big. I took them back to my local shop and they returned them for me free of charge. Excellent service in the shop.I ordered a size 7 which are perfect, and I am absolutely thrilled with them. They are lightweight, waterproof and so comfortable. I trust the Berghaus make. Customer service, in the shop and online, all excellent. Berghaus trainers - excellent.

I walk a lot but having a bunion I need to find walking shoes that are really comfortable. These are very slightly wider across the toe area and more flexible than many walking shoes. This is my 4th pair of these..... only because they do so many miles! They're great quality.
