Although I haven’t tried this one yet, Berghaus is a name you can trust where back packs/day sacks are concerned. They have one for every type of ‘trek’ whether it’s school or Kilimanjaro, with different design features for individual preference. Although only 30 litre it holds a phenomenal amount, I used a very similar one 30 odd years ago to go to India, yes a 30 litre, it held everything I needed, and I was there for a month. Granted if you’re climbing and trekking off to colder climes you’ll definitely need something much larger. Oh and the price was great owing to Blacks brilliant sale, but even full price its worth every penny especially if it lasts as long as the other one did
