Hello Paul. This can be checked in any of our Blacks, Millets , Ultimate Oudoors and Go Outdoors stores and if you don't have one near you then you can call our Customer Service team to have this checked. Gift cards are active for one years of it's last usage. I hope this helps you.
My partner has giftcard from his daughter for £30.00 ref 6330210100562118. Can he still use it as it was given sometime ago?
Hi Christina Our Gift cards have a one year shelf life from purchace date or from last usage date. You can call our Customer service team or pop into any of our outdoor stores to chack the balance and if it is still active. Many Thanks.

Hi Brian Thank you for your question. Our gift cards are for in-store use only. If you have a local Blacks , Millets or Ultimate Outdoors you will be able to redeem the voucher and if the item is an online exclusive then the store team can place an order for you. I hope this helps.
