Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns of TOG24 or Garmin items that have been purchased online. These items must be returned by post by following the instructions detailed on the dispatch note included in your packaging.
Alternatively, for your convenience, we are pleased to offer Collect+ as an easy way to return products to us. Collect+ has parcel drop off points in over 4,500 local stores, most are open early until late, 7 days a week so you can return items at a time and place that suits you. We regret that we are unable to offer Collect+ for TOG24 or Garmin items that have been purchased online. Click here for more information about Collect+
If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.

Very prompt delivery. It looks smart worn over a suit and tie (without fleece). Very warm and confortable worn casually with a fleece zipped in. Good all-rounder.

Brought the jacket with a fleece arrived in time for the bad weather. Good delevery time.
Can zip fleece into the jacket but prefer to wear them separate for flexibility. Keeps me warm around the neck when everything is zipped up properly... make sure zips are tucked away. Note it is a snug fit so of you have a large tummy you may want a size up. Hood is well designed and folded inside the collar.
The gore-tex works- spent an hour digging the snow - although I was hot the coat was not wet with my sweat!
Cons: would have like another inside pocket. For some reason I get cold armpits!
Beware of the pop-buttons are plastic - they can be damaged. My son has a berghaus and the flecce arm retainers are crushed. Hence only 4 stars.
Consider getting a long version for wet wet walks .

Does what it says on the tin - it has been warm (with a fleece), dry and windproof even in the recent (Nov/Dec 2010) cold & snowy weather.
