Construction
Built for challenging terrain, the Merrell Women’s Siren Sport Gore-Tex® XCR® Shoes feature a tough Vibram® rubber sole which will offer excellent grip in a wide range of conditions.
For comfort, these Merrell shoes have an air cushioned mid sole to absorb shock and add stability, a bellowed tongue to keep debris out and an Ortholite® Anatomical Footbed to provide support.
Designed for taking on demanding conditions, the Siren Sport Shoes have a lining treated with Aegis® Antimicrobial solution to reduce odour causing bacteria and prevent any unpleasant odours developing in the shoes when worn for prolonged periods of time.
Weather suitability
Equipped with a waterproof Gore-Tex® membrane, the Merrell Women’s Siren Sport Gore-Tex® XCR® Shoes are designed for use in all weather conditions. The waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex® membrane will keep your feet completely dry whatever the weather, making them ideal for walking out in wet conditions. Usage The Merrell Women’s Siren Sport Gore-Tex® XCR® Shoes are great for trail walking, hiking and light trekking.

Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns of TOG24 or Garmin items that have been purchased online. These items must be returned by post by following the instructions detailed on the dispatch note included in your packaging.
Alternatively, for your convenience, we are pleased to offer Collect+ as an easy way to return products to us. Collect+ has parcel drop off points in over 4,500 local stores, most are open early until late, 7 days a week so you can return items at a time and place that suits you. We regret that we are unable to offer Collect+ for TOG24 or Garmin items that have been purchased online. Click here for more information about Collect+
If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.

I bought these to replace my 4 year old Merrells and they fit the bill perfectly. They're confortable but I personally think that the Merrell Arc Wind GTX's are much more confortable than these, having tried both on in one of the Blacks Stores.
My reasons for going with this particular Merrell is that it looks nice and I really quite like the support it provides for my feet and overall posture. I needed it for the waterproof and thick durable soles especially if I'm to roam the granite streets of Aberdeen with them.

I bought these shoes about 18 months ago and was extremly pleased with them. However the footbed has now become lumpy and uncomfortable giving me blisters on the ball of my foot. Thinking of writing to Merrell to complain! This is the first time I've had a problem with a Merrell shoe.

Have been really pleased with this shoe although they took some wearing in and getting used to. Merrells seem to be a fairly narrow make and as I have broad feet I discovered that they became fairly uncomfortable during long walks. Stuck with them though and they have loosened off enough to make them really comfy. great to have good waterproof shoes for everyday walking.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and light-they kept my feet warm and dry on wet days .Good for walking long distances.They also supported my foot well-had a torn ligament injury a few years ago in one foot which tends to ache after a while in normal shoes.This didn't happen when wearing these shoes even after walking for a couple of hours. Liked the grey/lilac purple trim too

I bought these for the long approach in on Kilimanjaro exactly a year ago, as my La Sportiva Boots seemed somewhat stiff for long distances on relatively easy (initially) terrain but were better suited for scrambling. I only bought them 2 weeks prior to departing. They were extremely comfortable from the start and looked stylish enough to travel in (which was good as i encountered some serious weight restrictions!). They came home VERY, VERY dirty, but have scrubbed up a treat and withstood some wicked rock kicking!!!

These were bought to replace an old and well-used pair of Merrells i reluctantly had to cast aside. However i love these shoes - very comfortable, excellent in the rain and breathable which is important for me as i'm normally in them all day.

I bought these after visiting a Blacks store for some advice and finding them in a wider range of colours online. I was looking for something which had a good appearance and these were perfect. The only down side is that they look wide compared to other brands but despite having slim feet I benefit from the extra room. I wore them for the first time on a 2 hour walk and had no blisters or discomfort. I decided to pay the £20 extra to get Gore-tex as I think its worth it when you get rained on.
