I love Osprey and have the 30l but needed a smaller pack for short walks. This fits the bill perfectly. I've not used it yet but i can see its the usual high quality from Osprey

Osprey backpacks are always reliable. Perfect size for a day walk, and very comfortable. The only improvement would be an integral waterproof cover.
