These terms and conditions relate to the following promotion only - Blacks Game and Scratchcard. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

Terms and conditions
1.This competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 and over.
2. The competition will be run until 31st January 2010, but may be continued past this date at the sole discretion of The Outdoor Group.
3. The winners will be announced immediately on the blacks.co.uk website and sent an email detailing the prize they have won.
4. Prizes can only be delivered to a UK address and The Outdoor Group will not be responsible for the inability of the prize winner to provide a UK address.
5. The prize is not transferable. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, The Outdoor Group reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms and conditions; and/or declare void the notification of winners.
6. Only one discount code may be used per transaction on the blacks.co.uk website.
7. The Outdoor Group’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. By entering your name on the leaderboard and submitting your details on winning from a scratch card you are agreeing to receive promotional emails from blacks.co.uk.
9. This promotion is governed by English Law.
