We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website or from our catalogues. If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 28 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged packaging. The delivery charge is non-refundable. Please note that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we cannot exchange or accept a return on swimwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.
If you would like to return product(s) to us then you can do so by:

- Sending the product(s) to our Returns centre
You can return or exchange goods at any Blacks store but must present your delivery note as proof of purchase. If you choose to receive a refund, the store will refund the price of the product(s) as shown on your delivery note, to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. Alternatively, you may exchange product(s) for goods of equal value, for which you will receive a new receipt.
You can return products purchased through our website or via catalogue to our Returns centre (address below). The value of the returned product(s) at the time of purchase will be refunded in full to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. If you wish to receive replacement goods, please order them in the normal way via our website or our call centre. We regret that currently we are unable to exchange goods via our Returns centre.

Please note that products originally purchased from a Store can only be exchanged or refunded in a Store and cannot be returned to the Returns centre.
To return product(s) to the Returns centre, please use either the Royal Mail postal service or you may contact our customer services team on 01604 597101 to use our collection service. If the item is small and can be returned in the original packaging then please use the returns label attached to your delivery note. If you would like us to collect the goods from you the following charges apply:
