Tracking your order
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an e-mail confirming that they're on their way. You will be able to track the delivery progress of your order by clicking the link in your dispatch e-mail. Your goods will be delivered by one of two methods:- - Royal Mail for small parcels that can be easily posted to you
- - Proof on delivery signature service for larger parcels, express and next day delivery orders
Online returns policy
If you're not entirely satisfied with a product - whether you feel it doesn't live up to expectations or simply doesn't fit properly, just return it to your local Blacks store along with your Dispatch Note for a no quibble exchange or refund.*
Don't have time to make it to a store? No problem. Just send it back to us using Recorded Delivery to our Returns Centre along with your Postal Returns Note which came with the product for a full refund. The address for returns is already printed for you on the Returns Note and can simply be peeled off and stuck to the front of your parcel.
If you are concerned that your item is faulty you may either return it to your local Blacks store or contact us on 01604 597101 for advice.
* Unopened, unworn and re-saleable products only. Goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase. TOG24 products cannot be returned to our stores (please see below for details on how to return TOG24 products)

If you have ordered TOG24 products they will be dispatched to you directly from TOG24, separately from other items ordered on our website.
The same online returns policy applies to these products, however all returns must be posted direct to the supplier and cannot be returned to Blacks stores.

Footwear returns
We understand that buying footwear online means that you cannot check the fit before purchase. Although we aim to give accurate size charts to help guide your decision, please be aware that sizes are variable between different brands. Therefore please take the time to try on your footwear indoors in a clean environment. If you are unhappy with the comfort or fit, then return your item to us following our normal Returns Policy (above).Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of footwear that have been worn outside. All items must be returned as new, boxed, in a re-saleable condition and with all labels attached.
