This is a great addition to any backpacking kit. It inflates and deflates easily, is very light to carry, and gives a very comfy night's sleep. Well made and if you are smaller - I am 5' 1" - it isn't far off the equivalent of a full-length sleeping mat. Only my ankles are free of the mat when I lay flat. So, one happy camper!
