Not waterproof at all.

These were expensive and not in the sale. Only bought a week ago.However, they seemed to offer a better grip sole and fit my feet. One of my criteria was they had to be waterproof and they are advertised as such - gor-tex.I had the sensation of a raindrops landing on my socks( it was spitting) 1st time wearing but dismissed this. However,today in rain my feet felt wet quickly from the rain. I had to ring my socks out,especially at sole. I am beyond disappointed in Merrell; how can they be advertised as"waterproof" and not be at all.I have no choice but to return them even though comfortable an
