II have to mention, I’m 70 years old I was very athletic but suffer from post traumatic Arthritis in my right knee from a accident off piste, the cushioning in these boots greatly help while walking my dog, in sun rain and mud, they keep my feet in wet terrain and tall wet grass, so pleased with then

I these boots are sooo comfy, lightweight and durable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fast treks and scrambles. Good all rounders.

Picked a pair of these up in-store, and needed a size up from 11 to 12 for a comfortable fit with midweight socks on. No break-in is needed, trekked a few trails in the lakes over a week with no issue in some awful weather

I read a lot of negative reviews about these boots, I don't normally leave reviews but thought I would restore some balance. These boots are fantastic for the price. I bought them as wanted light boots to do the Welsh 3000s. First day was hot, but my feet were able to breathe. Second day it rained but feet were as dry as I would expect them to be. No sign of wear to the boots at all after 35 miles of walking and scrambling. Very comfortable straight from box. Very light but gave support when needed. Couldn't fault them.

These feel like I'm wearing trainers, but the edges where the laces fasten around the ankle dig into my ankle and is quite painful, so I have to wear without fastening properly. I can't really comment on waterproofness as I rarely wear them as they are so painful.

Bought in-store from staff recommendation. NOT waterproof at all and tongue runs on ankle. After less than 50meters of walking on wet grass and feet wet. I now have to go through a battle with local store to get money back or swap. Very frustrating.

This is the cheap NF replacement material for GoreTex as they are trying to rip their customers off cashing in on the brand name. They soak in seconds, your feet will be wet in no time. Rubbish !!
