I have not had...
I have not had the opportunity to assess this product as the Gilet I received was faulty and I had to return it. I also found the returns and replacement process problematic as although I followed the very straightforward and helpful guidance I was given when I telephoned the helpline about the faulty goods, this was then followed by contradictory and confusing e-mails from Blacks. Effectively, having followed the guidance I was given I was then asked to provide so called 'additional information', which I had already provided in relation to order number etc. For example in one e-mail I received from Blacks, the title of which was the original order for the goods that were faulty, I was asked to provide you with the original order number!
I was also advised I would receive a full refund of the additional costs (the original order was made with a special offer code that no longer applied when I had to re-order the product and the postage and packing charge for the new order, given I had already paid for the original delivery of faulty goods), as well as receiving a 10% discount for all the inconvenience this problem had caused. Although I have received an e-mail confirming I will receive the additional costs back 'in due course', no mention has been of any discount on my new order, so I am not as they say holding my breath!
Only time with tell if I receive a new Gilet in full working order, what I am charged and what I am reimbursed. All in all I have been very disappointed with the way this particular order has gone.

Very warm and comfortable Gillet. Ideal for wearing whilst doing outside jobs leaving your arms free. Generous pockets, feels and looks like a more expensive item. Would thoroughly recommend.
