Received the wrong colour. Was advised to return after I emailed them. I did that expecting them to send the correct colour in exchange. Waited, nothing came, emailed them again, then they told me they don't do postal exchanges. I am still waiting for a refund for the pair I returned. In the meantime, I am about to go on a walking holiday with no thermal pants! Its a shame because the top I got to go with the pants is very nice but now I only have half a set. Really disappointed with my first shopping experience with Blacks. Customer services are quite quick to reply to emails though.

The fit is tight and the front waist is a bit high whilst the back is too low. There seems to be no allowance for the size of one’s bum!

Not stretchable, very stiff and kept pilfering very disappointed. No space to bend in them.
