HI-GEAR Annex Utility Tent

We use this Hi Gear Annex as a toilet and wash tent as we refurbish our ruined cottage on a west coast Scottish island and it has withstood substantial winds and rain to our amazement and delight!
Our ONE criticism would be it requires sturdier & longer pegs.
We replaced them and the tent has remained standing in some 40mph gusting to 50s winds.
There is ample space inside for a wash stand with basin & toilet and it's easy to hang a rope between the poles on which to hang towels.
We highly recommend this Hi Gear Annex tent to everyone looking for extra storage space or toilet tent.

Delivery was a bit hit and miss. Email from the courier to say they had my parcel then missed two stages and email to say it would be delivered between certain hours. Product easy to erect and has withstood winds from storm Barra with no adverse effect. It was the only tent I could find of the right size and is so far doing the job

A useful extra tent, that we took on holiday to act as a shelter. Very easy to put up and we were certainly glad of it during the rainy bits! The tent is high enough that you can stand up, which is great. However, of course, this makes it quite high if it is windy, so be careful where you pitch it. I am thinking that some stronger tent pegs would be good for the 4 guy ropes, but actually we were fine.
